• - Skill files in 02-AGENTS/SKILLS/ — These are the canonical skill definitions actively used by the system. The stale timestamps reflect that skills are stable/reference documents, not frequently edited.
• - Skill mirrors in NEURONS/Hermes-Agente/SKILLS/ — These are duplicate copies kept for neuron-style organization. Many are exact duplicates of files in 02-AGENTS/SKILLS/.
• - Migrated files (e.g., *_MIGRADO.md) — Old files from the Hermes-Agente memory migration, superseded by the current neuron structure.

Conclusion: The stale file count is a false positive. The vault's active content is not actually stale. The skill files are intentionally stable and do not need to be archived.

Files that could legitimately be archived (truly inactive, not used):

• - 01-MEMORY/SECRETS.md — Consider moving to 10-BACKUPS/ (contains sensitive data)
• - Old neuron memory files from projects that are no longer active
