Recommendations

1. Orphaned memory files — HERMES-MEMORY.md, USER-PROFILE.md, MEMORY.md, SESSIONS-INDEX.md are core system files. Consider adding them to 00-MOCS/index.md explicitly to prevent future false-positive orphan detection.
