Recommendations

1. Create 00-MOCS/index.md — the MOCS folder has files but no index

2. Index the 5 orphaned files in 01-MEMORY/ — at minimum, HERMES-MEMORY.md and USER-PROFILE.md should be linked from SESSIONS-INDEX.md

3. Audit NEURONS/ and 02-AGENTS/SKILLS/ — 800+ files are stale (from June 2026). These may represent a previous migration wave. Consider whether the neuron structure is still the preferred organizational model.

4. Clean up 06-LOGS/ — old vault audit logs from Jul 28–30 should be pruned or consolidated.
